B4 Consulting Launches SAP S/4HANA® at Oryx Oilfield Holdings
Successful six-month implementation provides next-generation ERP suite that creates a digital business platform for oil exploration services
Grapevine, Texas and Waltham, Mass. – September 12, 2016 – B4 Consulting®, helping companies grow with innovative software, services and support, and Oryx Oilfield Holdings today announced the successful go-live of SAP S/4HANA® at Oryx headquarters (Grapevine, TX). Built on SAP’s advanced in-memory platform, SAP HANA®, SAP S/4HANA is a fully integrated next-generation suite for enterprise resource planning. It enables companies to easily connect with and utilize IoT, big data, mobile, business networks, third-party systems and more. The suite gives Oryx a common view of all financial and operational data including capabilities for analytics, predictive analysis, and simulations. B4 Consulting, an SAP partner and value-added reseller, provided on-premise license re-sale, implementation and change management support for Oryx’s successful six-month project.
Oryx provides a range of oilfield services spanning oil and gas pipeline construction and real estate management. Planning for the Future with SAP S/4HANA
To ensure growth and streamline operations, Oryx sought to consolidate a range of separate business processes such as job costing, project management, equipment management and maintenance, human resources and payroll, sales and distribution, and accounting. More importantly, the company wanted to integrate these processes on a single and integrated business platform flexible enough to accommodate a full range of business requirements and future opportunities.
